Costs & Expenses

• 80 pence per mile for the first 150 miles, thereafter 50 pence per mile.
• Distance is measured in one direction only for UK collection and delivery.
• A charge of 35 pence per mile is made to and from the collection and delivery points from our base in Maidstone, Kent. Costs can be reduced if a return delivery can be scheduled or linked with another delivery on the same day.
• For collection and/or delivery on mainland Europe and beyond, a two-way charge is applicable. These costs are kept to a minimum and are flexible to satisfy delivery timescales (e.g., the use of air rather than rail).
• Minimum charge per delivery of £60 (£80 for a London postcode).
• Expenses of fuel for the car being delivered, rail fare, taxi, congestion charge, tolls, channel crossing and flights are to be reimbursed by the Dealer or Trader.
